Sunday Reading
Alleluia, Christ is Risen! The Lord is Risen indeed!
For this Second Sunday of Easter, I'd like to direct you to a really interesting interview with the political cartoonist and screenwriter Jules Feiffer, who at 81 has just written a memoir. Among the nuggets in this interview are Feiffer's thoughts on Fred Astair as well as why Stanley Kubrick was smart not to choose him to write the screenplay for Dr. Strangelove. Read it at Politics Daily here.
And for you who heard the "news" that the rules of the wonderful word-game "Scrabble" were about to change so that players could use proper nouns (Stephen Colbert had a pretty good story about that, which you can watch here), here is the actual story, at NPR.org.
Happy reading!
