Be present, be present, O Jesus, our great High Priest, as you
were present with your disciples, and be know to us in the
breaking of bread; who live and reign with the Father and
the Holy Spirit, now and for ever. Amen.

"Lord, I am not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and I shall be healed."

I remember this from my teenage years from attending Catholic mass with my sister...perhaps it is not said now, but I always think of it after Communion.

Hi Kay - Yes, I think the Roman church has amended this slightly now, and it is said before receiving communion.
