Sunday Reading

May is Graduation Month.

As the end of the school year nears, the question seems to always be, "So, what are you doing next?" Here's an essay from Mark Edmundson, professor of English at the University of Virginia, on "taking it slow" after graduation. Read "The Pink Floyd Night School" here.

And over at National Public Radio's Prairie Home Companion page, here's a letter to Garrison Keillor from their "Post to the Host" column archives with the question: "So, exactly what IS an English major supposed to do after college?" Since I was an English major myself, I was intrigued. Read Mr. Keillor's response plus readers' comments here.

Happy Reading!
