First, here is an article from Episcopal Life Online about the murals in the Episcopal Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Haiti which were mostly destroyed in the January earthquake. A team of folks from the Smithsonian and other places is assessing both the murals that remain and those that crumbled into the rubble to determine how the art can be preserved and maybe even reconstructed.
