Nearly Wordless Wednesday: Wisteria

Wisteria - Macon, Georgia.  People have mixed feelings about this vine.  It's invasive. And it's beautiful.  This time of year, its garlands adorn trellises and woodland wastelands, without distinction.

As you say beautiful. Very very beautiful. For me invasive or not I'd welcome it with open arms should it choose to grow here.
Ray, the place I especially love to see it is along the roadside, where it can just grow all over everything without worrying about it eating the house!

The Wisteria Bridge in Monet's Garden in Giverny, FR is one of the loveliest spots on earth!
I'll bet it is, Rich! Would love to see that some day!
